Air-O-Fan Engine Driven Sprayers

Air-O-Fan's goal is to achieve superior spray coverage through high air volume. Our engine-driven Air Blast Orchard Sprayers are powered by 173 to 300 horsepower John Deere© diesel engines, utilize handmade steel axial flow fans to generate powerful and turbulent airflow to displace the canopy with chemical laden air. For example, the D-2/40 "Big Moe" model features a 6.8-liter, 225-horsepower engine, twin 40-inch fans, and a 12-inch throat, producing 140 MPH winds for exceptional performance in citrus, almonds, walnuts, and pecans.

Air-O-Fan's patented systems provide precise spray control using composite nylon air vanes, resistant to chemicals and abrasion. These vanes direct air and spray to the target, minimizing drift and maximizing coverage by displacing air from the tree canopy. The air vanes also house multiple nozzles for versatile calibrations, reducing the need for frequent adjustments.
